Cannot root Sony M4 Aqua from O2

Hi,
I have Sony Experia M4 Aqua E2303 from mobile operator O2 Czech. I tried several methods to root but root will never succeed. Is it locked by O2?

Type this code *#*#7378423#*#* in dialer app. Then navigate to Service Info -> Configuration and check what you have in Rooting Status field, so I could help you further. Also you can check if device is sim locked in Service Info -> SIM Lock.
