Cant answer call stock rom

My friend and his wife have trouble with their S6 phone, they both bought phone at the same store and they both can't answer call very often, it's like phone screen for answering is frozen, that circle that you need to pull for answering is not responding, anyone have some similar issues like that and maybe some fix for that ?

Have never had any call issues. Carry out a factory reset, If that doesn't work then reinstall firmware.

Strange thing is how on two phone same thing is happening.

Could be network related issues possibly, do they both use the same network sim?

No they are not. I doubt it's network related because their kids have S6 or S7 I think and they don't have that problem.

Boot into safe mode (Turn it off, then while holding volume down button turn it on again.)

Once in safe mode, try calling it again. If the issue is not there anymore then you'll know its a third party app thats causing it. But if the problem persist, try do a factory reset.
