cant answer calls on cyanogenmod 10

Hi I just installed cyanogenmod 10 (march 06 version) by bruce2728 and now I can't answer incoming calls. When I slide to answer it the call gets dropped and registers as missed call on the status bar. On the callers end it sounds like I didn't pickup. This happens a couple of times then it works again. Before I was using Jellybam ROM and had the same problem so I switched ROMs. I formatted SD card before going into 4ext. Then copied the ROM files and gapps 20121112 into the card then rebooted then format all partitions (except SD card) twice then flashed.
I tried rebooting and setting minimum CPU freq to 432. Formatted SD card. Disabling lock screen. Nothing works. Is it the ROM? Should I go to cm 9 ICS?
Android number is 4.1.2
Network type is Edge:2
Baseband 11.76A.3504_00P-11.24A.3504....
Kernel 3.0.68-jelly-g8787b35-dirty

Update: Looks like others on albinomans rom have just posted about the same issue. I waited a long time to see that finally happen. Hopefully, it gets fixed.

Its like just you and me have the problem. I'm on albino's 10.1 cm rom and it started during maybe rc4 or 5. Stable and clean install did not fix.

Phone answers 99% of my test calls through google voice to cell carrier. Others call and no answer to missed call occurs.

any updates on that issue?
stock based rom (HyperNonSense), does not have that issue,
but CM based roms suffers from it (tried HyperSensation, SlimBean and CM 10.1).
