Can't attach files to gmail /SMS...

Hi

I'm using the xiaomi.eu rom.

I have quite an annoying issue with my Mi4c: I can't attach a file to an email or SMS.
If I write a new mail, and select the paper clip to attach a file, the screen will refresh and go back to the message list instead of letting me select a file to attach.
The same happens if I write a new SMS, click on the "+" button to attach a picture.

The only workaround is to use a file explorer, select a file and select the share option...but in that case I can only add 1 file to an email.

Is someone facing the same issue?

No, working fine here. Maybe you have deleted/frozen some miui system app?

I haven't deleted anything. I only did a full wipe before installing the xiaomi.eu rom. And the weekly updates don't change anything.

Try to disable the 'docs' app, that helped for me..

Disabling the document app did solve the issue! Thank you!!!
Now I wonder why this happens when it's enabled.

Try a custom email app, such as cloudmagic.

Hi am not able to attach any files or pics in g-mail directly and also unable to change my DP pic in whatsup and cannot even share using any social media it is getting fixed in my MI redmi prime 2 mobile
