Can't boot in flashtool mode

Hi guys,

I recently flash a wrong tweak using TWRP and I got my XZP bootlooping.
I decided to boot into TWRP and then wipe my system and data before flashing a new firmware with Flashtool to have a perfect clean installation. (I shouldn't I know)
But since that, I can't put my XZP in fastboot mode or in flashtool mode.
When I push Volume - or Volume + while connecting my USB, the phone boots into TWRP but doesn't go into the blue or green light.

Do you have any idea about what to do ?

What's happen, if you say in TWRP reboot / Bootloader?

I just flash a tweak to increase have XZ3 camera featuring on my XZP and it failed. My XZP bootlooped so I decided to clean everything with TWRP before reflashing a new firmware.
But I couldn't boot into flashtool mode.
I found the solution, I just have to flash a new kernel img with TWRP and then it worked, I could flash my phone using EMMA.
