Can't buy anything off my android market

Soon as I click on buy it just says error has occurred please try again later. I am running a custom Rom not sure what one.

Can I download the world.market app again?

Try this version of Market (3.4.6), its now called "Play Store".

Backup your old market with Titanium Backup first if you think you might have issues, this above file though worked just fine installing on top. Place it on your phone and open it. Install etc.

I just found the new Play store app in my apps drawer, and switched it to where my old market app was.

I installed the new play store. Jt seems the issue was with it not having a account or a credit card

using the buying option only through the web

Mine wouldn't allow me to bill at&t, but I was able to purchase with credit card.
