Cant download from google play

Hi. I cant download apps from google play via mobile data.. tried already several ways to solve it unsuccessfully. Will appreciate if someone instruct me how to solve this. Tnx

you are probably on the official chinese rom (the one with chinese and english only). try rooting and flashing the european rom or smiui... play store has some issues on the official.

yes once you flash your rom they will be... are on stable or developer chinese ? the later requires unlocking your bootloader first which is a pain in the .... rooting is easy enough and flashing xiaomi european or smiui will fix this problem and many more once and for all.

my device on stable.. never did rooting to phone, is it easy and safe?
