Can't drag apps on screen.

When I hold down on a app it doesn't let me move it around where I want.. can't drag it.. delete or anything like that..

I can't recall anyone ever mentioning this issue. What ROM? What happens when you try? Are you having other issues that may contribute to this problem? Have you tried rebooting your phone?

I'm on cm7....
Yeah I did a reboot.. I just press and hold down on a icon and it just vibrates like normal. But doesn't allow me to drag and the menu that usually shows up doesn't. Menu being edit icon, delete,etc...
I'm using adw launcher.

Have you tried home> menu> more> unlock desktop?
