Can't enter in-depth test after locking bootloader

Hello.
After locking bootloader I receiver troubles with unlocking it via in-depth test.
After using command [adb reboot-bootloader] fastboot shows itself in 1 second and then reboots into system.
Model: rmx1931ex
Software version: c23
Tried on different networks

Same problem for me... I locked bootloader again for trying fix the fingerprint issue and now, fingerprint issue persists and I can't unlock bootloader either.
