Can't Flash FULL SBFs

hi guys newbie here just want to ask question

why do i fail flashing full SBFs?

here is what i do from CM7 trying to go back to stock:

-recovery

-factory reset

-restore appropriate nandroid

-reboot

-flash full SBF via RSD

-------------------------FAIL!----------------------

any suggestion will help

warning: flashing full SBF is a big risk if you forget to pay attention to CG versions etc !!

I think you are not flashing using currect procedure:
"Full SBF: No Nandroid backup needed, always keep CG versioning in mind"

still cant understand the CGs

my phone is originally on eclaire then flashed officially the froyo version by motorola (pretty not sure what version) put it on CM7 CM9 ect...

im just wondering and bit OC about flashing FULL SBF...

the only thing i can flash on my defy is this fix SBF

do you know any step by step procedure that may lead flashing the full SBF thing
