Can't get data to work on total wireless

Total wireless is a Verizon mvno and I have no problems with other phones. It gives me the Verizon wireless apn but it only gets voice...no data. When I try to make a new APN it just has one place to fill which is the APN field. Everything else is grayed out and will not let me create a new one. Any suggestions?

Similar issues for me. I'm attempting to activate RedPocket mobile with their CDMA (Verizon) simcard and all I get are the default verizon settings. I go to add their APN and I can only fill in one field (APN) and when I save, it tells me I can't save without filling in the 'name' field which I can't edit. Anyway, my issue is slightly different where I can only access data with the default APN. I think I"m just going to use it like that with hangouts calling and make due for now until things get ironed out with the Verizon service.
