Can't login into Playstation mobile

I tried logging into Playstation mobile but it says password is invalid. I change it but my new password come up with the same error. I tried clearing data I uninstslled updates but it still doesn't work. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I'm glad someone else has this issue, i've had it for 3 days now - I've contacted support an am awaiting a response.

I ran into this problem as well but i solved it. When it takes you to the playstation entertainment site login and go to the [email protected] tab it will ask for your information so you can become a part of the psn and then you will gain full access. I suggest doing it from a laptop or computer because doing it on mobile is a lot more confusing.
go to sonyentertainmentnetwork.com and login.

Ah, that worked for me, thanks!

After you've setup your account for the PSN, you then have to change your account password again.

glad to help, but I don't remember changing my password afterwards. but then again I changed it like 5 times so its all one big stressful blur to me.
