Can't move app to external SD

I receive 'Not enough memory' error when trying to move apps to SD. I have a clean 32gb external sd and latest 5.1 OmniRom Lollipop by HumberOS. I had 4.4.4 slimrom before and it even had no option for moving apps to sd.
Is it a rom issue? What rom has this function working?
Maybe I can map a data/data folder to external sd? Or re-partiotion internal sd to get more memory for applications? Please suggest a good option.

Others have had this error when it was not a ROM issue. I'll try to recall what the solution was.

Okay, some have solved this by clearing the Play Store cache and data.
