cant play videos on htc one sprint unlocked

I am from india
Purchased HTC one sprint from US
Unlocked it and am using for GSM
But I am not able to play any videos via youtube, tubemate, facebook, Google or via any source.
Can surf and enjoy the web but not the videos...

Please can anyone let me know the settings for the same

Dial ##3282#, select edit, enter SPC / MSL, to to advanced, change RSTP/HTTP settings to all 00
