Can't receive texts on T-Mobile with VoLTE enabled??

Hi all,

I just bought this phone and am having an issue. I am on T-Mobile. If I enable the VoLTE setting I can make calls and send texts, but I cannot receive any text messages or phone calls. When I first turned the phone on it had an update waiting to B21 that stated in enabled VoLTE on T-Mobile. Does anyone else have this issue? Any fixes for it?

No. Not experiencing this issue. Inbound voice and texting works on T-Mobile with VoLTE enabled for me, also on B21.

Texts work fine on my phone with VoLTE on T-Mobile. Did you try resetting your phone?

It didn't work. I tried texting myself and my phone tells me the texts are received but they never show up.
