I'm trying to make Nova Launcher my main launcher but when I plug it into my PC and type devices I get this error message

devices : The term 'devices' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program.
Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.
At line:1 char:1
+ devices
+ ~~~~~~~
+ CategoryInfo : ObjectNotFound: (devices:String) [], CommandNotFoundException
+ FullyQualifiedErrorId : CommandNotFoundException

I've had a look on the internet and can't find anything so hopefully one of you guys can help me. I have an OPPO Find X Chinese version and all my drivers are up to date so im not sure what the issue is or am i just typing in the wrong command?,

It looks like you didn't get ADB properly setup.

I'd go back to the tutorial where you watched the video and install it via the text instructions (that's just below the video).
