Can't root device Nexus 7 (2013) + WiFi Problem

Hello I tried to root my Nexus with the versions below and I couldn't

so far I have tried the methods listed below

• Magisk
• CF-Auto-Root
• Nexus Root Toolkit

but it worked in the versions listed below with CF-Auto-Root

Any ideas why I can't root it?

Edit: There is also a problem with the WiFi I am 100% sure I put the WiFi password correctly but it tries to connect disconnects and tries again but it doesn't connect and says something like "Authentication error/problem".
