Cant send mms with wifi?

I cant send mms message. I use wifi. Should i have mobile data to send mms?

mms uses gprs so no, you cannot send mms via wifi.

How can i send mms or pics then? I have hangouts it does not send too.

Turn Mobile Data ON its that simple .
