Can't send pictures?

I am running egb and I tried to send a picture with mms and it just says sending and it doesn't send.

If you read this you are looking for where I sent it from. That makes you a stalker

This happens to me a few times. What I do is go into my Mobile Network Settings and toggle apn. Whether it be switching to the "wrong" one and back to your correct apn or just reloading your correct APN. Then go back to your thread and message where it just says sending and long press it, click, edit, do nothing, just send it again, and it should go this time.
