Can't sideload OTA. HELP!

Hi there,
I was trying to adb sideload december update ota, but it always gives the following error.

On PowerShell:

PS C:\adb> adb sideload ffc0b01f8888cb7bbbc8fa2938247c4f1d04cabf.zip

I got no ROM or OS installed in my MI A1, and im unable to load anything from ADB sideload as phone is not being detected. What could i possibly do to get the ROM in TWRP (which currently as nothing)?
