Cant unlock bootloader anymore.

Dood seriously you don't need to keep posting, just edit your original post.
From your 2nd comment it sounds like your bootloader is already unlocked if your getting a warning on boot that your" device has failed verification and may not work properly."

dude you didnt read my post i cant fastboot flash anything its gone.fastboot detects devices but cant do non.Have you enabled this option in the developer options?

If you have a software brick and are not bootloader unlocked then you only have one option. RMA the phone
Read his post. He was bootloader unlocked but now he has a modified system partition with a locked bootloaxer which is an obvious nono
