Can't update Google Play system update

Since few weeks I can't update "Google Play system". Results as below:

When try to download update size changes few times

Are you on stock Samsung firmware?
And is it an unbranded device (with unlocked bootloader)?
If yes, maybe best to download latest stock firmware (e.g. with Frija) and flash it (e.g. with Odin) on a PC to your phone.
