can't update my s9

So i wanted to update my device from Android 9(pie) to Android 10.
But i couldn't find the right firmware and I searched for SM-G960U "XAA" firmware but that one doesn't exist at all! And it's like my phone is a mutant or something. I also tried possibly every firmware i could find.

Have you tried downloading stock firmware via [Tool] Frija - Samsung firmware downloader/checker
