Cant update or install new apps without issue

I have a Stock Xfinity S10 phone, recently I have had problems installing or updating apps.

I tried everything, I even wiped out the phone, I even wiped out the phone and did not restore any settings or apps.

When I do that, it worked fine for about a day or so, and then for some reason it will not update or install apps.

Issues are : apps download to 99% or 100% but never get to the install phase. just sit there forever! I sometimes can install an app if it gets to 100% and kill the app store. it somehow will show as installed when i reopen the app store.. but other then that, its just a huge struggle. ANY IDEAS?! I am clueless, I cleared out the phone, no luck! I need help.. thank you!

Did try using ODIN to reflash the firmware you're on? If so and it didn't work, your phone might need a warranty claim.

I had an authorized shop do that for me . :(

How long is "forever"?

Sometimes a good deal of patience is required while the device carries out higher priority functions first (I assume that's what is happening anyway). Give it five or ten minutes or more and it may eventually catch up.
