Well, I'm not sure...I know I have 2 years from the seller but i registered my phone on Asus website too so maybe if I'll need it i can use it...

Asus won't accept it since bootloader is unlocked and that your device has WW ROM which is not proper ROM for it. So your 2 years warranty is not valid. Asus have stated this on their forum about sellers out there are editing their CN version into WW version and that voids the warranty since device has been modified and bootloader has been touched which also voids the warranty from Asus.

They also stated you should request refund from seller and send it back and buy proper device to get full warranty without modification to the device.

You need to update Android 9 first...

I had the same issue of updating to Android Q(10). I tried different ways and finally successful. I didn't find any problem as I also have Tencent and Android 10 (Q) is working perfectly, it is more faster than Pie, no heating issue, no app problems and no sound issue.
Visit Asus site ROG-Phone-II - HelpDesk_BIOS and download updates sequentially as mentioned below and you have mentioned that your current build no: PKQ1.190414.001.WW_Phone-16.0631.1910.35-0, so you have to install :
Version : WW-16.0631.1910.44 Dated : 2019/12/13 and then:
Version WW-16.0631.1910.64 Dated : 2019/12/19, after this Android Q (10)
Version WW-17.0210.2001.60 Dated : 2020/03/09 and finally :
Version WW-17.0230.2002.32 Dated : 2020/04/17 It will fix different issue of Q.
And still if all this hassle doesn't get fruitful then restart with Bootloader by switching off the mobile and turn on while pressing High Vol button and Power button simultaneously.
It will definitely solve your issues.
Hope my solution will benefit you.
Take care...:)

All of these steps weren't necessary :) From any version of android 9, you just need to download and install 1910.64 FULL zip, not the smaller incremental. That's the latest A9. From there you just download the FULL zip again of latest A10, which is currently 2004.60 and install that.
