But still you lost your warranty on it. you could of bought global version instead that comes officially with WW ROM. Then it would of had valid warranty too.
Well, I'm not sure...I know I have 2 years from the seller but i registered my phone on Asus website too so maybe if I'll need it i can use it...
All of these steps weren't necessary From any version of android 9, you just need to download and install 1910.64 FULL zip, not the smaller incremental. That's the latest A9. From there you just download the FULL zip again of latest A10, which is currently 2004.60 and install that.I had the same issue of updating to Android Q(10). I tried different ways and finally successful. I didn't find any problem as I also have Tencent and Android 10 (Q) is working perfectly, it is more faster than Pie, no heating issue, no app problems and no sound issue.
Visit Asus site ROG-Phone-II - HelpDesk_BIOS and download updates sequentially as mentioned below and you have mentioned that your current build no: PKQ1.190414.001.WW_Phone-16.0631.1910.35-0, so you have to install :
Version : WW-16.0631.1910.44 Dated : 2019/12/13 and then:
Version WW-16.0631.1910.64 Dated : 2019/12/19, after this Android Q (10)
Version WW-17.0210.2001.60 Dated : 2020/03/09 and finally :
Version WW-17.0230.2002.32 Dated : 2020/04/17 It will fix different issue of Q.
And still if all this hassle doesn't get fruitful then restart with Bootloader by switching off the mobile and turn on while pressing High Vol button and Power button simultaneously.
It will definitely solve your issues.
Hope my solution will benefit you.
