Can't upgrade P30 Pro (DOCOMO Japan Version) Need assistance, please.

Hi,

I have a P30 Pro DOCOMO Version and Android is Stuck on 9 and Emui 9.1.

I've tried following a guide posted here for a Aquos Softbank from Japan, but on my OS can't find "Google Services Framework".

I already download VPN Proton but I'm not sure how to upgrade. Always get same message "Can't upgrade outside network".

i was in a similar situation and after flashing other region firmware my play services stopped working throght hisuite
i knew what i had to do but all the softwares are paid to flash firmware .
so finally i took help of ministry of solutions and he helped me to convert my japanese model to L09 and now i m getting all the updates and even updated to emui 12.0 for 30$.

i know its a late reply but recently i got in a similar position so after trying all the possible ways i ended up taking help of ministry of solutions and he covnverted my model to L09 and now phone has updated to L09( nfc wont work)
for 30$. i knew how to solve this issue but all the softwares like sigmakey and chimera tool they all are paid and expensive so this seem the best possible way and i was in india so he did that with a team viewer the whole process took like an hour.i hope it helps somebody

Bro with the help of team viewer he ll change ur firmware region to global then u ll receive updates normally. My model is now L09
