Can't upgrade

Please help me. I have a notification that says, "System update downloaded. Swipe left to install," but I've got TWRP installed, so it won't automatically install. I'm sick of TWRP; it's never able to mount /system, so I can't really do anything from there at all, and I'm not rooted—not for lack of trying. Android OS is 6.0.1 and Android Wear Version is 1.4.0.2576000. If anyone has the stock recovery image I could flash, that would be a huge lifesaver. Thanks.

worth a try:

adb shell install-recovery.sh
adb logcat -d -f logcat.txt

search for "recovery" in the logcat.txt
