Can't use Google play store or sign in to YouTube...

I am on resurrection remix rom (7.1.2) and I am unable to use play store or sign in to YouTube...
It says connection error..
I even reflashed gapps but still the same..
Need help..

Google is starting to block Gapps on non certified devices. If you are using a custom ROM, you have to certify your device. There is a story on the XDA homepage if I'm not mistaken.

It's probably because you flashed the ROM, rebooted and then flashed the GApps afterwards. You need to flash them both at the same time, that meaning that you flash the ROM, the GApps and then reboot.

Yes, but I didn't experience this myself. Also, they're gonna whitelist custom ROMs, so that won't be that much of a problem.
