I'm still unsure as to what extended battery specifically, but I'm looking at either the Hyperion 6200mAh or ZeroLemon 9300mAh - but in any case, I'm looking for a car mount that could fit either extended battery.

I want to limit my purchase to Amazon (Prime preferably), and I'd like this mount to be "future-proof" too, as in be able to use it when the Note 3 comes out (so something that's widely adjustable would be preferable).

And I realize there's plenty of other topics around, but not many mention extended batteries, let alone mention many good choices for docks, and I'd love to hear input from someone with an extended battery.

Arkon Mega Grip because it's side grips are big enough to accept a thicker phone/case. As much as I love iOttie the side grips where not big enough for N2 + UAG. So I went back to mega grip and will use it with Zero Lemon as well.

I suggest getting a clingo mount, it holds the Note 2 fine and should hold about any phone.

You might notice people compalining about it not being sticky anymore, but washing it gets it back to out of the box condition.

Edit: one more thing, it holds the phone very well, even on bumpy roads.
And you can stick an NFC tag on the back so it's not visible but puts the phone into car mode.
