Car holder for Otterbox Defender

OK seen as im gona drop the DHD at some point ive bought a Black Otterbox DEFENDER Series Case.

Now im looking at getting a incar phone holder - and would like a docking/charging station.

However the car holders ive seen seem to fit the DHD with no covers on.
Is there any car holder that fits with the defender series?

Also any docking / charging station things fit with the Defender case?

It looks a bit precarious, it you was to hit a pothole, hump or bump a bit to hard, I think it could dump it on the floor.

I know otterbox it reputed to be very durable, but if your device was to slip off that holder what will protect the Screen?
