same problem here i ordered from the case mate site and they had some weather problem and still the shipment is pending, it has been 8 days now :-(

Hi, I received pop case just today. It's really solid and gives a good grip to the device. But must admit that now dhd looks a bit bulkier. Volume and on/off buttons r perfect. Overall its the best case out there. I would like to ask the did anyone tried the screen protector which came along.

I`ve just opened my deliver ... Some of polish users of this case report the same thing ... What about USA users ? UK users? Is this reseller fault or CaseMate preparing technology... TIA!

Hi got my case mate pop case today and mine does have a faint line above each of the 3 openings also. It's obviously when they have manufactured it. It's no big deal its hardly noticeable.

With all plastic/rubber moulded manufactured things there will be some sort of tiny scuff or hair line. It's probably from when the case was pushed out from the injection.

I was going to say no, but after looking at it under a light, I do have them too. You have to angle it the right way, but they are there. Looking straight at it you can't see them. I'm in the US.

Heh second person with this Q It`s not Golden Just light condition Photography Magic It`s black as black hole here

Anyway i was afraid of it and it is ... VERY SCRATCHABLE case ... But so fitted I miss USB port cover from my previous OtterBox

Great case! Perfect fit and nice power/volume buttons. No drop in GPS/wireless/mobile signal as reported with other Case-Mates. I suspect that this has something to do with either the aluminum or metallic coatings in some of their cases?

Haven't tried the included screen protector as I'm currently using a Martin Fields.

MobileFun.co.uk got some Case Mate Pop Cases in stock last week and they were quick to deliver.

I didn't notice the three hairline marks above the openings until it was pointed out by Krzysiec. It's not noticeable on my Black Pop case unless you know where to look.

I would also like to know where the Golden Pop Case was purchased. A bit too much bling for me although I would be interested in other colours, perhaps a red or white version.

For those interested, it's Made in Taiwan, so perhaps of slightly better quality than some cheaper products coming out of China.

It also has "aloha" inscribed in the soft plastic interior but it's not visible when the case is on the phone. Case-mate appear to have a Hawaiian theme for some of their products... not sure why...

EDIT: Oops! You're very right Krzysiec, it actually says "Hola" haha. I should have checked but I was too lazy too take my DHD out! 'Gracias' for pointing out my stupidity

I also find that the shiny black plastic surface makes contact with the table first, as mentioned below

As above ... i have black as everyone here It is only light condition

U meant "Hola!" not "aloha'? Hola! sounds more Spanish than Hawaiian

One more thing .... It was wrote here that phone is lay on gray rubber when we put it on the table ... but it`s not like that here at mine ... Black glossy body touch table first ... IT`s higher than rubber on the middle ...

For anyone worried about scratching their case or if they have I strongly recommend the Case mate Tough. It's a dual case, soft silicon on the inside and hard rubber on the outside. I'm preferring it over the pop case but the pop case is a very good case as well.
