Apart from two other TPU case that I have posted in another thread, I have these two, they have auto wake up and close.

Cannot provide link for purchase.

This one cost me approximate USD 4.70

This one cost me approximate USD 2.35

Actually I owned one of these and I have to say they aren't good at all.
I mean because of the plastic it is kind of hard to press the buttons, the other issue is it is quite heavier because of the plastic parts. Though it is better to protect it if you would drop the tablet, but I would go with a book cover, that has no plastic borders.

Hey Guys - so I've been keeping my 9.7" S2 in a super fancy custom case that's been working really well for me. I mean, this was hardcore DIY: first I put it in a Fosman TPU skin, then I got an Infiland book style cover and bent the tabs that hold the device with some pliers back so that the book cover could close with the skin on the Tab. Ok, maybe I oversold the DIY involved, but it actually works really well. The main reason that I decided to do it like that was that I felt like all of the book covers that I saw left too much of the edges exposed. It was also nice to have the lip from the TPU to protect the screen... actually one of the few times that I took it off to swap micro SDs I dropped the Tab screen down on a wood floor and my iShield glass screen protector cracked(!) I filled out a warranty sheet and they sent me a new one no prob... it's a good protector (very easy installation) and a good company: recommended :good:

Anyway, I was taking a look at Amazon today and came across a case that looks really nice and I'm planning on ordering one tomorrow. It's the Galaxy Tab S2 9.7 Case, Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 9.7 case, rooCASE Origami Slim Shell Lightweight Tablet Stand Folio It looks really protective, covers most of the sides, and can hold the Tab in portrait or landscape. Only $13 too! I'll put up some feedback when it comes which should be Wed or Thurs. I haven't seen any other cases like it, so just thought I'd let you all know :)
And the verdict is?

The clear solution is... both! ;) There will likely be times when you prefer one over the other. Tempered glass is definitely a good idea, especially on a tablet. Part of the reason that I got my S2 was that I cracked the hell out of the screen on my 2014 Galaxy Note 10.1 from a pretty light drop. I got these two cases: http://www.amazon.com/Infiland-Sams...keywords=samsung+galaxy+tab+s2+case+inifiland and http://www.amazon.com/Samsung-Galax...-1&keywords=samsung+galaxy+tab+s2+case+fosmon and this screen protector http://www.amazon.com/Protector-OMO...keywords=samsung+galaxy+tab+s2+tempered+glass which put me back only $26.

I got the Infiland book-style case (still waiting for the Fosman skin) and I like it a lot, particularly the rotation. I chose that one because it covered more of the edges than most of the other ones. The OMOTON screen protector is nice too, just be very careful with the application.

Which IVSO did you get / how do you like it?
That first rotating one doesnt cover all the edges does it? I want something with edge protection also, saw the a goldcherry brand on Amazon that there models ( PU leather versions ) have a full edge protection, albeit the charger wont go in without cutting the hole wider LOL

ProCase A fantastic, sturdy, durable folio case for only usd $10. 10 freakin dollars. Seriously is the best $10 I've ever spent. [/URL]
I have this case, and it is nice, but the velco tab that holds the tablet in place is never quite tight enough. This usually causes the tablet to shift just enough that part of the screen is obscured. Not a killer issue, but something to consider. Over all, I really like this case.

Yep, just finished trying about 6 cases for the tab s2 and I keep going back to the Procase .

I got this Fintie: https://www.amazon.ca/Fintie-Samsun...1-12-spons&keywords=samsung+galaxie+tab&psc=1

CAD$15 or USD$9.99 on Amazon. 2 days delivery on amazon prime. Detailed review in Amazon.ca. Fits perfectly.
FYI, I just received a TPU case from Ebay (China seller): http://www.ebay.ca/itm/X-Line-Shape...-0-034-9-7-034-/271947600915?var=570782171081

It cost less than CAD$4. I think I may prefer the simplicity of the X-Line to the Fintie. I am not used to having to always deal with the cover flap on the Fintie. The X-line is very slim, has a tight fit and gives good grip. The front screen is exposed.

Are there any differences between model versions (e.g. 813, 815, 817, 819) regarding the connections? Because some cases state that they fit only 81x.

And I read about snugg case (which I really like on my Nexus 10) that it covers some buttons which would be very disappointing.

Hi, I got an origami type case/cover from eBay. It really is good as it folds to hold the tablet vertical or horizontal on a table.

I got this case and it is absolutely rubbish. The folding is good but the case just crumbles. Returns the first one and got a replacement one. On the second one the corner next to the flap chopped off within a week without it being dropped or any other force to it. Got a refund. Today another chunk has fallen off without any reason.

Any other case recommendations? My previous one is just falling apart (see post above)
