Been keeping an eye on the stock status before I ordered one. Expansys and HTC website says they're not in stock till 24th march. :( Sorry to be a kill joy! Guess I'll have to wait till they're in stock before bothering to order mine. :(
Same here, I want to buy one too but it takes 37 working days to ship!!!!

just got it, here are couple of pictures:

Well the case easily attaches itself to the phone and it is quiet hard to get it of, so dont worry about your phone slipping out of the case.

The case is made out of leather or faux leather not really sure... Main problem i have with the case is that as you can see from the pictures, the 'leather' is not cut precisely to the lines of the case, so you get small gaps between the leather and the case.

Another minor problem that I had is that the magnet in the kickstand interacts with the compass in the DHD and therefore it doesn't work initially, but a compass calibration fixes that (wave your phone in a figure of 8)

The case does NOT protect the front of your phone, the case goes exactly to the screen level but if you place your phone on the table screen down, the case doesn't offer any protection whatsoever. You REALLY do need a screen protector if you go with this case.

The bottom and top of the phone are slightly protected because the case overlaps the phone and if your phone falls perfectly vertically down, the case will break the fall slightly, but i guess it will still get a scratch or two.

The main point of this case is the kickstand, and all I can say, it is perfect! The kickstand is on a spring that allows the kickstand to stick out and I think there is a magnet that holds the kickstand when you are not using it.

The viewing angle is perfect, just right for watching it while it's on a table. The only way they could have made it better is if the stand worked in portrait mode, but unfortunately it doesn't.

I ordered mine from Expansys in the end too as MobileFun couldn't get it in: it arrived this morning.

It's great and I agree with everything ZedeN says about it: I'll be using mine as a stand when my phone acts as my bedside alarm clock or when I'm on the train and want to watch videos on my phone. I won't be using it day to day though: my cheapy silicone case from eBay does a better job of protecting the phone by covering all sides and overlapping the front of the phone too...

You know what, I'm still considering buying a dummy HD and modding that case and installing a kickstand from a dummy EVO cause frankly that case is kinda ugly ;)
Please do, I wish there was case simmilar to otterbox with both a portrait and landscape stand..
Or even better if it had a kickstand like HD7, it's sooooo awesome

You know what, thats an idea. Maybe I could do it so that I can pull the stand out and rotate it so its either landscape or portrait. But making itlike the HD7 might prove to be hard seeing as how there is the battery compartment to look for, and then the flash part of the phone. I'll either make the kickstand portrait default parallel to the battery compartment to save room and so it can be longer, then it can switch to landscape, or I'll do it parallel to the sim slot, thinner but landscape default :) I'm still in school though so doing all this work would provide a bit difficult :)
