CDLA Headphones with Pocophone F1

I have CDLA headphones from LeEco, but they didn't seem to work with the poco. Does someone has an ideea why ? I would really love to have that loseless experience, I still didn't found a good headphones like these.

Edit: working perfectly, just disable itself if it's not used. Plug it in and try on YouTube, should start within milliseconds. It just stops after literally 1-2 sec
