Look closely...

Made a test with line of sight to the 4G Antenna (about 60 meters) and got a pretty good result. I don't think the Mate 10 (ALP-29) is crippled when it comes to LTE :D
Your screenshot shows that you're connected via WiFi not LTE so your test is not a valid measure of your speed, turn off the WiFi and test again...

Thats odd...
I was visiting a boyfriend of one of my friends and I don't have his wifi password, so I wasn't logged into his network.
The only reason I made the test was because I could see the telephone mast less than 50 yards from his balcony.

I have checked another resently when house hunting and got about 130mbps (outdoors), but I'm not sure I took a screenshot. I'll be moving there soon though, so I'll try to post one later :)

Edit: I just rechecked the screenshot and it does say that I'm connected via LTE in the app, so I'm not sure why the phone shows the WiFi logo..?
