Cellular strength and throughput

We know how much you like to stream, ahem, "videos", and so cellular data is mega-important. Rate this thread to express how you think the Huawei P30 Pro's LTE performs. A higher rating indicates that it's fantastic: throughput is excellent and signal strength is top-notch.

Congstar in Germany (provider in Telekom-Network) now has VoLTE and WifiCall. Unfortunaltely, it works with almost all smartphones, but not with Huawei-Phones. My P30 Pro can't do VoLTE and WifiCall in Congstar-Network. If I put the SIM-card in other phones, it works.

There are customers from other providers that have the same problem with Huawei.

Why is that?
