Alright, and Sony officially released it on December 16th, so if this is a release candidate we'll probably get in a few days time - if we're lucky.

SONY certified a firmware on December 14.2.A.1.114 23, 2013.
It still didn't quit.
Hmm, but we're in the middle of the month now, so if the past tells us anything, we'll receive an update very soon, i guess? But i'm not in a hurry. We've got a fine collection of ROMs now, so take your time Sony.
Might be, will have to wait for it to be pushed out - hopefully in the next day or two
A Sony KitKat so quickly..that would be amazing but somehow I doubt it is..but you bet I wish to be wrong!

Judging by the version, it'll be bug fixes. However, just because a firmware has been certified, doesn't guarantee release.
considering that it is still in testing and publicly released - no
NEW update in germany
we will see which one that is, downloading now, i think it`s .290, but maybe it`s .124.
