Chang cid to tw, flash hosd image of 3.22.709.3 in bootloader (search inside forum how to flash) then RUU 3.22.709.3, boom, you now Android 9 and OTA capability
P/s: you can upgrade to 9 directly from android 7/8

htc__621 , remember when you edit the cid in the file which is pulled out from the phone, just copy and paste the cid, don't type
I have a question, I can't use a TW dualSIM CID with my US Unlocked single SIM? Thanks
I think you should change MID too
But change from single to dual ! maybe you'll lost signal, I dont remember.
