Change Google feed with Flipboard

Hi, I come from Samsung and I like Flipboard scrolling home page on left.
Now P20 pro has Google Feed instead Flipboard. Is it a way to change Google Feed with Flipboard scrolling home to left?

I think c636 region firmwares has flipboard instead of Google.
