Change Vibration Intensity

Hey Guys, is there any Chance to Change the Vibration Intensity? It is way Too strong for me.

We added an option for that in our rom, no custom kernel required.

Is the setting in ROMs effective?

I can't find any video showing this, it would be amazing if anyone could do one.

Which ROM is that, I actually want stronger vibration; in the winter, w/fone in belt-pouch, under parka I hear/feel nothing...
