Changing brand firmware

Hello.
Please, help me. I'm total noob and I don't understand the most of your's words, but I'm asking you: be patient please =)
So, I've got HTC Sensation. The phone is branded by Russian op. "МТС" (MTS). But this op. doesn't provide any updates: my Sensation is still on 1.27.187.5 (radio 10.42.9007.00U_10.11.9007.15_M).
I want change my brand firmware to an official Russian (Europian? I don't know...) firmware, and I want to have ability update it officialy in the future. I do not want have an extra options (like root etc.), just official firmware, which I can update.

Please, give me some advice (in detail): what firmware do I need and how to install it?

Its the wrong section, next time post it under q&a. Look at the top of this page the thread with the shipped roms should be what your looking for.
