Changing Icons

Hi Guys,
I was playing with the free themes that you can download from the theme store. I would like to change the icons like installing another icon pack I know You can do it with the other launchers like Apex or Nova but can it be done with touch wiz?

What you mean by yes any tools I can use ? Also sorry about posting in the themes section i thout this question was related to this forum
