Hi guys,

Got my Z1 Compact from O2 and they don't provide chargers.

Could someone do me a solid and tell me what the output ratings are on the charger which comes with it?

I'm currently using a Nexus 7 charger which has a 2A output and am a bit concerned.

Cheers

Hi, I'm using the same charger. The phone should regulate itself and only suck in what power it needs, a 2A supply shouldn't be an issue for it. If the phone can only accept 1A then that is all it will accept from the charger.

The Stock charger is rated 1.5A. From the looks of it, it is the same charger included with Z1.

So is the retail box for the O2 Z1C without charger looks the same as normal Z1C?

But what does it say on the bundled charger, that's what i'm getting at. Seems to charge awfully quick lol

Here =)
My mates HTC One didn't come with one either, but what if you don't own a PC or always have it to hand. I'd demand one from O2.

Exactly. Or the charger you have isn't the correct rating? I am sure they wouldn't sort out on battery issues under warranty!

They would have to. They committed to this nonsense.

The chargers they sell in store are just generic stuff. They don't keep stock of actual Xperia chargers.

I bought this off Amazon.

Think I will be ok with this one?
