When I try to charge from a wall power socket my phone does not charge. Please see the screenshots. The Ampere app shows it's charging at 1800 mAH but percentage goes down in every minute. When I checked the phone while charging the Ampere gave a weird report.
My phone charges properly on another wall socket and same charger. I want to know what's wrong with the wall socket and why Ampere app shows charging while it's not really charging.
