Not as i expected

I bought UGreen charger 30W, works for QC 3. 0 et QC4. 0 and recording to Amper app my standard charger that cames with the phone from xiaomi is delivering from 1600 mAh to 1790mAh max
And the fast charger from UGreen and according to the same app it's only deliver 2200mAh to 2250mAh maxis this normal?!
Can we call this 2250mAh a fast charging

P. S: i get to flash mark next to battery livel in my phone

Full charge around 2.5 house with Anker Q3 charger

this device need some thermal module to charge fast, charging speed is lower than Redmi Note 5 Pro
