1) the ROM does not exist, and JoelZ quit development

2) this is the wrong place for this. Either post in the relevant ROM thread (which doesn't exist), or post in the Q&A forum.

BT works but only media, and there is an audio fix zip. But as prev stated development has stopped.

Xda should require those who are going to post in the development section to either go through a test to verify that you are in fact posting Rom or a guide that is development related and not useless junk
Or to be a recognized developer/themer to skip that process

On a more serious note, there is no Charmander ROM for this phone, but there is a Venesaur ROM.

Development for it is currently on hiatus since Joelz left.

I'm also running it. Only problem for me is on the charger I got a call and the light lit up but the screen would turn on so I missed the call. I'll see if I can make it do that again.
