Cheap JIG that works

I never recieved mine.

I contacted the seller and he said it probably got lost somewhere in transaction so I got a full refund and they said they would send my another one for free. This is so legit!

I just recieved mine today after what i mentioned above. It works perfectly.

Buy this cheap insurance!

Hi,
I just ordered mine, I am on 2.3.6 with Siyah kernel

Quick question- do I need to follow the last step 6 from below in order to get rid of yellow triangle and counter? If yes, which .tar file should I flash?

1. Turn off your phone and pull out the battery.
2.Just put the battery back and don't turn it on.
3. Plug the module into the micro USB port on the phone.
4. After about 2 seconds, you can see the yellow download mode logo on the screen.
5.Unplug the module.
6.Connect your phone with USB cable to computer and then flash your phone via the program "odin".

You don't flash anything...
Pull your battery
Wait a few secs.
Put battery back in
Plug in your jig-wait for phone to boot

Check to see if your counter is set to zero

Unplug jig and reboot.
That's it!

Just got mine today. I had already removed the triangle of hell, but wanted to reset the flash counter. Worked like a charm! The seller was really good about communicating any possible delays, but it got here pretty fast. Thanks again for sharing, OP!

a good way to keep track of it is to keep it in the plastic bag it comes in. Its easier to find a plastic bag then a piece of plastic

hmmm...not working for me.
Shut down,pulled battery,waited 15 seconds,plugged batt back in,then jig.
Still showing 1 count and have the triangle.

No JIG necessary!

My jig used to work as well, but stopped suddenly, since I flashed a newer bootloader.
Means, old bootloaders work, newer ones don't.
BUT...

... use this proggi from Chainfire and be done with it: no JIG necessary!
