Welcome. No problem for your question. So,here is a answer watch my videos you will understand that what's a difference between lots of custom available in a market. Every rom have different features.

My personal favourite lists.

1)Lineage os (stability & every month security update)
2)Aosp extended (stability & every month security update)
3)Project arcana & cherish os ( for gaming)
4)Octavi os & corvus os ( for gaming)
5)Pixel experience ( for pure google pixel feeling with latest every month security update)
6)Dot os ( for miui + google combined feeling)

Now again my personal favourite lists for huge & huge tones of lots of customisation roms.

1)Crdroid
2)Msm xtended
3)Resurrection remix
4)Evolution x
5)Havoc os

This all are my all time favourite roms lists as per i can explain you for different categories.
