chinese rom and 3G

I did try to flash my ATT Tilt to
RUU_Kaiser_HTC_CHT_1.56.708.3_Ship
and
Ultimate_CHT-Rom_Build_18125

both can't get 3G works. anyone get it working ?

I will try that rom. I tested the shipped one. it can make voice call. but just no data.
