Chinese to Global - all information i found.

Hi everyone!
First thing to say is: I'm from Brazil, so sorry for my english.
So, i got recently a Chinese Oppo, and i look for some way to install a global ROM into this Find X
Now, i find a lot of thing's and i going to organize into this post.

First Thing: Bootloader Unlock

Ps: i don't know if this post's true, and i dont trust in anything else who's dont came from XDA.

Second Thing: Global Rom is needed.

Mano faz tempo que eu procuro algo para instalar na versão chinesa tbm! Sou br tbm e ta difícil. N sei se alguém já conseguiu. Se conseguir me avisa.

Clearly doesn't work on mine:

8. Now boot your device into fastboot mode by holding Volume Up + Power key for 5 sec and releasing it;

This fails. The screen just stays black forever until i eventually hit the power button again to reboot it.

Edit:
It seems that some (Chinese) versions have fastboot locked out and that would be my phone.
